Need help covering your healthcare expenses?

The Patient Advocate Foundation’s TotalAssist program helps eligible patients afford out-of-pocket healthcare costs, so they can focus on what matters most—their health and well-being.

Financial assistance may be available for:

  • Prescription medication copays
  • Coinsurance and deductibles
  • Health insurance premiums
  • Office visit charges on the day of treatment
  • Treatment-related administration fees

Eligible patients may receive grants to help cover qualifying healthcare expenses, reducing financial stress while receiving needed care.

Member Assistance Response Team (MART)

At Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, caring for our church family includes being prepared when someone needs help. The Member Assistance Response Team (MART) is designed to provide an organized and timely response when a medical emergency occurs during worship services, church activities, or major events.

MART is made up of dedicated volunteers who will receive training in CPR, AED use, and First Aid. During services and events, team members will be positioned throughout the church so that assistance can be provided as quickly as possible. When an emergency occurs, MART responders will work together to assess the situation, provide appropriate initial assistance within their training, and help coordinate emergency medical services when needed.

MART reflects Pleasant Grove’s commitment to being a church that is prepared to serve and ready to care. While we trust God in all things, we also believe in equipping people with the knowledge and skills to help one another when every moment matters.
