As we commemorate Juneteenth, we honor the historic day that marked the end of slavery in the United States and celebrate the enduring spirit, resilience, and contributions of African Americans throughout history.

Juneteenth serves as a reminder of God’s faithfulness, the power of perseverance, and the importance of continuing the journey toward unity, equality, justice, and love for all people.

As we honor this historic day, we reflect on the strength of those who came before us—the men, women, and children who endured unimaginable hardships while holding on to hope, faith, and the promise of freedom.

The Bible reminds us:

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free…”
— Galatians 5:1 (KJV)

Today, we celebrate not only freedom from physical bondage but also the spiritual freedom found through Jesus Christ. Let us continue to build stronger communities, support one another, and walk together in faith and purpose.

May we never forget the sacrifices of those who paved the way, and may we remain committed to leaving a legacy of faith, excellence, and service for future generations.
