I am thrilled to say that I am doing great during my time
here in Teague, TX. It is a small town halfway between Houston
and Dallas. The town has welcomed me with open arms, the
adjustment has been smooth, and the people have showered
me with love! I am currently in my 2 nd year as a high school /
junior high football coach, high school basketball coach, and
high school Geometry teacher. Our football team finished last
season 8-4 and made it to the 2 nd round of the playoffs. The first
time in 6 years!
Being able to make an impact in the classroom, on the
field, and in the community has truly been something that I am
grateful, thankful, and appreciative for! There is nothing that
excites, inspires, and motivates me more than to be able to
make a difference, and put a smile on the faces of everyone
that I encounter. The LORD has also blessed me with finding a
church home as well.
At church, I am active as a member of the choir, a deacon,
an assistant in the finance department, and I serve in any way I
can. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge under the
tutelage and leadership of my Pastor, ministers, chairmen,
directors, and musicians at Pleasant Grove. This is a small
church, but the people love, serve, honor, praise and glorify
THE LORD under the direction of THE HOLY SPIRIT! I miss
everyone back home, and I love you plenty too much!
